Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirming your order and you will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day or two.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer UPS and USPS shipping rates. At checkout, you have the opportunity to pick the shipping method that best fits your needs.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping, but we are working to make our products accessible to you and ship to many countries around the world very soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the shipping carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

La Giscarias is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Please direct all claims to the shipping carrier you chose at checkout, UPS or USPS. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

However, if your order has not yet been shipped, send us an email at info@lagiscarias.com and we can edit the address for you. Please note this is not a guaranteed solution.
